Floor and Front Bulkhead

The seams between the front floor and lower front bulkhead and the blukhead and the inner wing/flitch are natural rust traps. Here you can see the rot cut away:

Patches to the blukhead being let in:

I eventually cut the lower flange off completely and seam weld the bulkhead to the floor. Bulkhead to inner wing/flitch welded up:

Eventually the front floor and bulkhead start to look solid again:
